Foundation for the Future Breakfast

Community members and Clubs supporters are invited to rise and shine with Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County on May 16, 2019 for the annual Foundation for the Future Breakfast and fundraiser. Each year, friends of the organization meet talented Club members and hear motivational guest speakers share how the Clubs are changing communities for the better.

The Foundation for the Future Breakfast extends a long tradition of offering community members the opportunity to also learn how nearly 3,000 youth in our community are benefiting from programs, services, and mentorship provided by the Boys & Girl Clubs of Thurston County.

Guests will be greeted by enthusiastic Club kids, plenty of coffee, and a delicious breakfast! Several fun surprises in store as this year’s theme, Give Back to the Future, promises a fun walk down the ‘memory lane’ of your own childhood.

All are welcome and there is no charge for breakfast, thanks to generous sponsors and donors. However, donations are encouraged. The aim of this event is to raise funds as well as awareness about the positive impact Clubs have on the lives of local youth, teens, and their families. 

Own a business and want to support our mission? Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event and others throughout the year. Sponsorships are crucial to stabilized funding to our five Boys & Girls Clubs located in Lacey, Olympia, Rochester, Tenino, and Tumwater where kids receive help with their homework, access to tech programs, and career/college prep programs to equip them with skills they will need to succeed.

Calling all Table Captains! Community leaders are needed to host tables for this event. There is no charge to you to host a table with your seven invited guests. Serving as a table captain allows you to show your support in the community and invite friends to learn about how Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County helps make the community stronger. The event can also serve as an opportunity to network and mingle.
