Now accepting insurance, private pay, and clients working with attorneys after an accident.
Contest Rules:
Entrants must be 18 years+ to enter. One free entry daily from 09/28/26-12/03/2026, during clinic hours. You must be present to enter. You do not need to be present to win.
Earn Bonus Entries at Time of Services from 9/28/26-12/03/2026:
- Become a New Patient or refer a new patient- 5 bonus entries at time of appointment
- Massage(s)- 3 bonus entries for each appointment
- Adjustment(s)- 1 bonus entry for each appointment
- X-Rays- 1 bonus entry
- Attend a Spinal Health Care Class- 3 bonus entries per class attended
Winner will be notified on December 4th, 2026. Tickets will be electronically transferred to the winner.
