LOS ANGELES — Shaun Donnelly and his dog, Sandy, who were struggling with homelessness on the streets of Los Angeles, experienced a life-changing encounter when they met Thomas Greenberg, a local entertainment attorney. Greenberg was touched by Donnelly's plight, especially after a recent storm left the pair without their tent, leaving them "miserable and cold."

Moved by their situation, Greenberg, who learned that Donnelly was a former truck driver unexpectedly thrust into homelessness, decided to act. In a generous gesture, he purchased a used RV, previously a production vehicle, to provide Donnelly and Sandy with a warm and safe living space. Donnelly expressed profound gratitude, likening the receipt of the RV to a dream.

To further aid in Donnelly's path to stability, Greenberg initiated a crowdfunding campaign, which swiftly attracted contributions from over a hundred donors, amassing thousands of dollars. This fund aims to cover the RV's maintenance costs and support Donnelly's journey towards permanent housing and employment.

Greenberg's ultimate goal is to see Donnelly and Sandy secure stable housing and access resources for workforce re-entry, aspiring towards self-sufficiency. He hopes his act of kindness will mark the beginning of Donnelly's journey to reclaim his life.
