    NASHVILLE — Music icon Dolly Parton has unveiled a remarkable rendition of the Beatles classic "Let It Be," featuring the legendary Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr. The notable track, enriched further with the contributions of Mick Fleetwood and Peter Frampton, is now available for listening, inviting fans to experience a unique musical fusion.

     

    The newly-released song is a preview of Parton's forthcoming album, titled "Rockstar," which is slated for release on November 17. "Rockstar" promises a star-studded lineup of guest artists, embodying Parton's collaborative spirit and musical versatility. The accomplished artist has already shared four other songs from the album, including an original composition titled "World on Fire." Notably, Parton's musical journey on the LP also encompasses collaborations with Rob Halford of Judas Priest, Ann Wilson of Heart, and a reimagined cover of Queen's anthem "We Are the Champions."

    The lineup of accomplished collaborators extends further, featuring luminaries such as Stevie Nicks, John Fogerty, Steve Perry, and Parton's goddaughter Miley Cyrus. The songstress revealed that "Rockstar" is, in part, a response to her induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2022.
