37th Annual OysterFest is Oct 6th 10a-6p & 7th 10a-5p in Shelton.
This West Coast Oyster Shucking Championship and Washington State Seafood Festival is the biggest charity fundraising event in the South Puget Sound. OysterFest features hands-on exhibits, live music and a giant food pavilion with 100 unique items on the menu. Including BBQ oysters, fritters, spring rolls, garlic shrimp, fresh cider, wines and microbrews! Your culinary adventure supports local non-profit service clubs and organizations, and funds scholarships and local community improvement projects.
This year is the first for the new location – just down the road from the fairgrounds site at the Port of Shelton – so expect lots of exciting changes and additions!
