You’re invited to join Homes First for a morning of impact on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at South Puget Sound Community College – Lacey Campus. You’ll be supporting our mission to provide permanent, safe, and affordable rental homes for our very low-income neighbors. At our one-hour annual fundraising event, we will inspire you with stories from our tenants, and share our impact on the community. You’ll also learn how having safe, healthy, and affordable homes can change lives. Enjoy a hot buffet-style breakfast from Masonry Cafe. Coffee and tea service will also be provided.

Become a Table Host — multiply your impact by reserving a table of 10 for $250, then invite fellow affordable housing advocates to fill your seats.

Join as a Single Guest for just the cost of breakfast – $25, and spend a morning immersed in mission-fueled impact.
