The Estuarium is excited to announce a second Benefit Cruise for 2024! Our first cruise was such a hit, we are offering a longer second cruise! On Sunday, August 25th, join us as we set sail for a day of exploration and education. This fun-filled boating excursion celebrates our unique and beautiful estuary ecosystem and will cruise around south sound islands. Wendy Gerstel, geologist will also join us to provide insight into the geology of the Salish Sea and the South Puget Sound.
Mix and mingle with old and new friends while sharing your love for Puget Sound!
We offer a catered lunch, snacks and refreshments. The cruise leaves from Port Plaza in Olympia and lasts approximately 5 hours. The trip is from 10 am – 3pm. Tickets are limited, with the cruise capped at 12 guests, so be sure to purchase yours soon. Please note, boarding involves a multi-step ladder, making this event unsuitable for those with mobility issues. 13+
