Art Rocks! A Community Rock Painting Event

Join the Lacey Museum for an art-filled morning where you are invited to craft your own masterpieces. Participants will be provided with 2 rocks each. Want to paint some more? Feel free to bring your own rocks too! When you’re finished, head to the sealing station where museum staff will seal your art to make sure it lasts. Trade your rock art with others, place it in a park, or take it to go! This program is free and for all ages. Ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required for all participants.

This event will be held outdoors at the Lacey Research Center (formerly the Lacey Museum).
