Spaghetti Feed May 18th from 5pm-8pm raising money for repairs for the Black Lake Grocery store located on Black Lake Blvd.

John, the current owner of the store took it over after his father Pac passed away years ago. John is a extremely caring, kind, and hard working individual who makes our community a better place. He is one of our own and we as a community should stand behind him and his family to get them back on their feet.

If you don't know the story, I copy and pasted the short article below from the Olympian.

A 17-year-old driver was speeding just before he crashed into the Black Lake Grocery store early Thursday, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.

The teen was southbound on Black Lake Boulevard Southwest about 1:30 a.m. when his 2004 BMW left the road near Goldsby Street Southwest and crashed into the small store.

The teen had minor injuries and was cited for reckless driving and other infractions, said Lt. Tim Rudloff.

Later in the day, a large sheet covered half the front of the building where the car hit.
