After four years on the astroturf as a running back and special teams player for the University of Washington, Cole Sager took his competitive edge to the CrossFit Games! Workout with Cole and hear his story at this fun, inspirational and FREE all ages event.
After four years on the astroturf as a running back and special teams player for the University of Washington, Cole Sager took his competitive edge to the CrossFit Games! Qualifying in Regionals within months of entering the sport. Cole is rapidly moving up the ranks with many top 10 finishes.
Workout with Cole and hear his story October 22nd at 7PM at Northwest Christian School in Lacey. This event is FREE to attend and open to all ages! There is a $5 suggested donation at the door.
