What Is Kawasaki Disease?
Kawasaki Disease is the #1 reason for acquired heart
disease in kids. The disease is extremely hard to diagnose
and primarily affects young children and infants.
Registration is limited to 36 teams of four. $800 per team.
Included in registration:
́ Golf bag service and cart
́ Event swag gift
́ Food trucks on course, lunch, two (2) drink tickets and
one (1) margarita per player on the course
́ Great silent auction
́ Afternoon event with appetizers, cash bar, silent
auction and raffle
